Sponsorship guidelines and instructions
What we support
We value partnerships that will help us promote our mission and vision to serve the health of the community, such as:
- Events and organizations that relate to health promotion and disease prevention.
- Events and organizations that relate to special social and welfare needs such as homelessness, youth education, care for the poor and underprivileged.
- Events and organizations that support community development.
We do not support:

Individuals
- Services outside our geographic area
- Persons seeking election to specific offices
- Objectives not aligned with our mission or values.
- Capital requests
- Multi-year requests
Applying for Sponsorship
Step one: Link to the Online Application located on the right of this page.
Step two: Register your organization. Upon completion of registration, you will be e-mailed a St. John Health Organization ID.
Step three: Return to the Online Application and Log-on using your Organization ID.
Step four: Submit a New Request for sponsorship.
Step five: You may monitor your request status and request history by returning to this page and using your St. John Health Organization ID to log-on to your account.
Additional Instructions
- Your request must be complete and submitted 90 days prior to the event date or date of need.
- We only accept requests submitted through our online application.
- You will be notified of the outcome of your request via e-mail at least 30 days prior to your event or date of need.
- Your request must be completed in full, with your organization's 501c(3) number if applicable.
- If we need additional information or clarification, we will contact you.
