Reverence. Respect. Compassion. Service. Each and every day, we are called to improve the health of all those we serve, including the most vulnerable people in our communities. It's a call we have answered for more than 50 years with dedication, creativity and stewardship.

We are fortunate to be able to support and partner with various community  organizations and groups that share our mission and our values. St. John Health supports charitable organizations that work to improve the health status of citizens in our communities, or that address social needs that improve the quality of life in southeastern Michigan.

 All requests for support must be submitted using the online application link on the right.

How to apply

Step one: Review the Sponsorship Guidelines and Instructions.

Step two: Register your organization by completing the Online Registration.

Step three: Apply for sponsorship funds by Submitting a New Request.
