Providence Park Hospital Highlights

  • 200 private, spacious patient rooms with comfortable couches and recliners.
  • No overhead paging as traditionally heard in hospitals. Our focus is a serene environment.
  • The campus has been constructed to accommodate distinct inpatient and outpatient experiences:
    • The hospital building provides the inpatient care on campus, without co-mingling the outpatient experience, and thus providing a more serene, calm environment.
    • The dedicated buildings on campus for outpatient services (Park Medical Office, The Novi Orthopaedic Center and the Outpatient Center) provide the convenience and ease of accessibility for those needing outpatient services (lab, imaging, pharmacy, rehab...)
  • Patients and Guests as the focus:
    • Providence Park Hospital has been built with an onstage/offstage design. This refers to a concept learned from the Disney Institute. For Providence Park Hospital it means that patient, caregiver and materials movement are separated from the public areas by separate, dedicated corridors and elevators away from general site.
  • A new and advanced Van Elslander Neurosciences Center consisting of world-renowned physicians providing multi-disciplinary, comprehensive services.
  • A dedicated Women's and Infant Health Center that comprises the entire third floor of the hospital and is the first of its kind in Michigan.
  • A beautiful, new 49 bed Emergency Center with its own imaging services.
  • Food and Nutrition at Providence Park Hospital:
    • Strong commitment to healthy food choices and education for patients, employees and the community.  No items served that are more than 30% calories from fat. No trans-fats allowed and healthy sodium guidelines will be followed.
  • A gift shop with distinctive as well as practical items to enhance your experience at the hospital. It is worth your time to visit this beautiful shop -- even if you are not visiting a patient!
