Confidentiality Guaranteed

Once a client begins outpatient treatment, he/she must designate a list of people who are authorized to receive progress reports and other information. The list can include family members and non-family contacts. More than one person is allowed on the client's list. No information will be provided to anyone who is not on the client's list. Information will not be returned to referring physicians without client consent.

Appointments and Referrals

For new clients with urgent situations, appointments will be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Other new outpatient appointments are scheduled within seven days. Providence has contracts with most insurers and counties. If a client is not covered by insurance, the program will work with him/her to set up a payment plan.
