Keep a Headache Diary

If you have migraine headaches, keeping a diary of the foods you've eaten before an attack can help you remove any trigger foods from your diet, according to the National Headache Foundation. Here are just some of the foods that may cause headaches: cheddar cheese, sausage, bologna, bacon, pepperoni, salami, hot dogs, beans, dried fruit, foods containing MSG, caffeinated beverages and red wine.
