Relaxation Massage
Hands-on technique from kneading and compression to tapping and vibration for the muscular structure and soft body tissues. Massage promotes relaxation, relief from pain and increased mobility. $55
Energy Work
This ancient form of natural, hands-on healing is gentle, relaxing and encourages healing on all levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Universal Life Energy is passed from giver to receiver promoting the release of tension and anxiety, which can enhance the functioning of the immune system and stimulate the release of endorphins, thereby relieving pain and creating a sense of well being. $55
Hot Stone Massage
During this 1 ½ hour massage, hot stones are placed on and /or under the body while using other hot stones to massage the tissues. This can open a muscle twice as fast as hands alone, and soothe a muscle that has been worked deeply, helping to eliminate soreness that can sometimes result from intense bodywork. $90
Reflexology
Skillful application of pressure to specific points in the feet and hands. Evidence suggests that your body is mirrored in your feet. Reflexology promotes the body’s ability to adjust and balance during times of stress. Some of the benefits include an increase in energy, improved mood, reduction in muscle tension and soreness and improved immune function and circulation. $55
Cranio Sacral Therapy
Gentle, non-invasive hands-on technique that often provides relief in conditions of stress, headache, migraines, low back pain, TMJ and soothes emotional distress. On a spiritual level, a deeper awareness of a spiritual connection may be experienced. $65
Pregnancy Massage
A wonderful way to relax, increase your energy, reduce stress, relax tight muscles, relieve the aches, pains and discomforts your body may experience during your pregnancy. However, because massage is not appropriate for some conditions, we will want to know about your general health and you pregnancy. We begin prenatal massage in the 2nd trimester and require your physician’s written permission. $65
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a very old medical art used for many years in Eastern cultures. The classical Chinese explanation is that channels of energy (meridians) run in regular patterns through the body and over its surface. These meridians are like rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissues. An obstruction in the movement of these energy meridians backs up the flow of energy in one part and restricts it in others. The acupuncture needles unblock the obstructions and reestablish the regular flow through the meridians. Acupuncture can influence the promotion of health and well being, prevention of illness, and treatment of various medical conditions. $85
