As a part of our long-term commitment to enhanced customer service, St. John Health offers REAL Convenience, a personalized errand and concierge service provided by Errand Solutions.
St. John Health patients and their families, employees, medical staff and volunteers can use the on-site concierge service for a vast array of daily errands, including:
- Dry Cleaning
- Car Care
- Postal Services
- Internet Research (travel, gift searches)
- Restaurant Reservations
- Film Developing
- Child and Elder Care Referrals
- And More
All vendors used to provide REAL Convenience are licensed, bonded and insured, so you can feel safe entrusting your belongings to us. There are no mark ups, tipping or service charges. Consumers only pay the retail cost of the work requested. Regular users of the concierge service are expected to save an average of 16 hours per month or roughly the equivalent of 13 weekends per year!
