Payment Options
It is the policy of Providence Hospital and Medical Centers to request payment for deductibles, co-pays and amounts not paid or expected to be paid by insurance carriers at the time health care services are provided. Patient’s unable to pay their balances at the time they are receiving their health care services are provided with a variety of payment options. Patients who do not utilize one of the payment options to pay off outstanding balances will be placed with outside collection agencies that may report the unpaid balance to a National Credit Bureau.

Payment Plan
The Providence Payment Plan provides patients with the ability to pay off their account(s) utilizing a short-term monthly payment plan. Under the Payment Plan option, patients may take up to three months to pay off their account(s).  

Under the Providence Payment Plan option you will receive a statement each month that shows your monthly payment amount and the remaining balance left to pay.

Payment Locations
Providence Hospital and Medical Centers accepts cash, checks, money orders, and most major credit cards for payment of health care services. Credit card payments may be made by contacting a Customer Service Representative at 248-746-0037 or 800-878-2455. All payment types can be accepted at most PHMC facilities.
