Visitor Information
Our primary concern is the safety and comfort of our patients. We’ve designed our visitor policy to maximize our patients’ rest and recovery, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Parking

General Visiting Hours:
11 a.m to 8 p.m. daily
Two adult visitors per patient
Pediatrics General Visiting:
11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
Parents may visit at any time.
Maternity, Family Care:
11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
In private rooms, one adult visitor may stay overnight to assist with newborn care.
Labor and Delivery
Visitors limited to a total of three support people (including the father of the baby) over the age 16.
Critical Care Units (ICU, CCU, CSU)
Daily 20 minute visits are allowed at the discretion of the clinical staff
7:30 - 7:50 a.m.
11 - 11:20 a.m.
3 - 3:20 p.m.
5 - 5:20 p.m.
7 - 7:20 p.m.
Rehab (7-West)
Monday through Friday: noon - 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Behavioral Medicine* (4-East)
Monday, Friday, Sunday: 7 - 8 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 2 - 3 p.m.
No visiting on Wednesday
Holidays: 1 - 3 p.m. and 7 - 8 p.m.
Children may visit only with special permission of the physician.
*The Michigan Mental Health Code protects a patient’s right to confidentiality. Providence Hospital cannot acknowledge whether or not any patient is hospitalized or receiving outpatient treatment related to behavioral medicine.
