Description:
The Providence Family Medicine Centers are model practices, representing a cross-section of the community, located in Southfield and South Lyon. The program includes sixteen family physician faculty and 27 family medicine residents. Students are supervised in a broad range of experiences representing the scope of family medicine. The rotation is offered on an inpatient or an outpatient basis. Responsibility is given to each student on the basis of his or her individual skills. The student will actively participate in performing procedures and patient care. An extensive conference schedule is offered.
