Eastside Pediatrics Urgent Care (St. Clair Shores)
Offers after-hours urgent care for those 18 and younger. Eastside Pediatric Center has been serving the community for more than 35 years, and their professional nurses have more than 200 years combined pediatric experience. Open 365 days a year, with nurses, physicians, and support staff who are specialized in the caring of children. Hours are: Monday through Friday, 5:30 to 10 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and holidays, noon to 12 p.m. The Center is located on 12 mile between Little Mack and Harper (on the campus of St. John Medical Center – St. Clair Shores (Surgery Center).

St. John Medical Center Macomb Township
Located on 23 Mile west of Romeo Plank. Also has 24-hour emergency department. Both are staffed with board-certified emergency medicine physician and board-certified pediatricians. Urgent care hours are Monday though Friday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturdays and holidays, 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Sundays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Livonia Urgent Care
Open everyday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Located west of Newburgh on 7 Mile.

Open everyday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Located on 8 Mile between Lahser and Telegraph.
