St. John Health's (SJH) Prosthetic Clinic is offered through St. John North Shores Hospital and provides many services, including:

Referrals to prosthetic companies, if necessary

Evaluations for prosthetics

Residual limb assessments

Prosthetic fittings and adjustments

Gait analyses and mobility assessments

Prescriptions for physical therapy, if necessary

Written progress letters for clients' referring physicians

Monthly follow-ups until optimal level of function is achieved
Goal of Program
The goal of SJH's Prosthetic Clinic is to provide an interdisciplinary service that restores optimal function to clients with lower extremity amputations.
Staff
The staff of SJH's Prosthetic Clinic is comprised of physiatrists, prosthetists and physical therapists. Each member of our team is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in prosthetic care and the special needs of clients who have had amputations.
