A terrific one-evening session, with one of our own St. John pediatricians as the featured speaker. The class explores life with your newborn from initial care to six months of age. Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are available for most types of cancer, and are also available for Cancer Control or Cancer Prevention
studies. Currently there are trials available for prevention and management of hot flashes and prevention of colon cancer.

This class covers a range of topics including disease process, coping, medications, monitoring, physical activity and nutrition principles. This is good for beginners or those who have not attended classes in a long time.
This class is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting National Diabetes Education Standards. Instructors are either Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) or preparing for the specialty certification exam. We welcome you to bring a guest to learn with you and support your diabetes health efforts.
A physician prescription and insurance referral (if applicable) is required for class. The cost of the program can be billed to your insurance company but it is recommended that you contact your insurance company before attending to verify coverage and out of pocket costs.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that puts one into a relaxed, trance-like state to facilitate healing or change in thought and behavior patterns.
