Exercise for Older Adults
Medically-supervised exercise and education program for adults who have had previous heart problems, have risk factors for heart disease, or want to improve their health.
The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking program runs for six weeks with 30 minute sessions. Group and individual sessions are available.

St. John Oakland Hospital partners with Universal Mall to offer a safe, dry place for members of the community to walk. Registration takes place on Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Information Desk in the mall's Center Court. Early morning entry into the mall is available at the southeast corner of Value City.
